App BEST is a digital application designed to support diabetes self-management and enable personalised monitoring by healthcare professionals — exploring the integration of multifunctional biosensors within a user-centred clinical ecosystem.

UI & Decisions

• Titillium Web was selected to visually align with the existing logo while ensuring high legibility and flexibility across screen sizes and devices.
• Soft light blues and pastel purples create a calm, health-oriented visual language, while an electric green accent (5%) highlights key actions and adds functional contrast.
• A structured and modular layout organises content clearly, ensures visual consistency and lets the interface scale across devices.
• A consistent set of reusable components maintains visual coherence and supports scalability across the interface.
• Navigation was designed to be clear and direct, with interfaces adapted to different user roles — patients, doctors and support staff.
